Meals – Menus

Your meals will be catered by Vicki Voegelin, owner of Littlebird’s, Catering and founder of the local farmers’ market. She is known for her elegant, inventive food styling, her flair for guest services and genuine hospitality.

At Littlebird’s, attention to detail is paramount and only the freshest ingredients are used.  She grows many of her own herbs and also, when the menu allows, much of the food is locally raised or grown.  Throughout your stay, she will provide you with delicious sustenance.  Special dietary needs of your guests will be given close attention and planned well in advance.

Main Dish Breakfast Selections

Quiche and Fruit

Seasonal fruit served with homemade quiche

Quiche Selections

  • spinach, mushroom, sausage and swiss cheese
  • bacon, bell pepper, onion and provolone
  • ham, broccoli, red pepper, scallion and cheddar

Breakfast Burritos

Scrambled Eggs in soft flour tortillas with bacon or sausage, fresh cilantro and house made salsa.

 Eggs Nest

Cheddar scrambled eggs presented in a nest of house made hash browns; rustic cut Yukon gold and red potatoes sautéed to a crisp golden brown with red bell peppers and green onions.
