Each of our Cabins and Rooms in the Main Lodge have kitchens with pots & pans, dishes, glasses and flatware. Also provided are coffee beans, a coffee grinder, and coffee maker, sugar, creamer, tea and salt & pepper.

Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers - Please read prior to booking.
A deposit of 50% holds your reservation. If cancellation becomes necessary 30 days or more prior to your visit we will refund one-half of your deposit. Within 30 days of your arrival, if cancellation becomes necessary you will forfeit your full deposit. Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted. Cancellations made within 48 hours of reservation are non refundable. All rates are subject to change. Montana Accommodations Taxes are applied. A reservation is only guaranteed when a 50% deposit is paid and a confirmation showing receipt of deposit is received by the guest.
Rates are based on occupancy specific to each cabin. Additional guests in cabins are not to exceed 1 person over-occupancy, the charge is $50.00 per person per night.

Check-in is after 3 pm and checkout is no later than 11 am. If you desire to arrive early please call ahead to inquire if we can accommodate your request.
While visiting The Lodges on Seeley Lake, please remember that many species of wildlife call this special place home. You may encounter creatures that you don’t see when at home. Many are very curious so it is our recommendation that you keep all doors closed and do not open windows that do not have screens. Keeping your cabin free of unwelcome visitors is your responsibility, take care to keep our wild things wild.
Our beach, dock, grounds and equipment are included in your nightly rate. A $40 per person fee is required for all day-use visitors (limited). We ask that all day use visitors check in at the front desk and arrange their visit at least 48 hours in advance.
All lodging is smoke-free. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if it is discovered that there has been smoking in a cabin.
The Lodges on Seeley Lake is a pet-free resort.
We cannot accommodate RV or tent camping.
